Pitstop
A workshop service journey with clear states and contextual next steps.

Project overview
A workshop management SaaS MVP for Juncales SURL, connecting scheduling, vehicle reception, work orders, service execution, materials, invoicing and payment. I design and develop the workflow so each company, branch and role can follow responsibilities, service statuses and history. Contextual actions and dependent forms guide the tasks needed to complete a service, while stock movements and issued documents remain linked to the operation. Estimates and advance payments follow their own business rules without becoming mandatory steps for every invoice. The MVP is in development.
My contribution
- Translating scheduling, reception, work orders, materials and payment into a connected service journey.
- Defining role and branch-specific interfaces, with contextual actions and dependent forms.
- Prioritizing invoicing and payment while keeping estimates and advances optional according to the case.
- Connecting service states and responsibilities with documents and stock movements so the operation can be traced.
