I turn workshop operations into a journey from scheduling and vehicle reception to invoicing and payment. Role and branch-specific interfaces connect statuses, responsibilities and documents, with contextual actions and optional estimates and advances. The SaaS MVP is in development.

I designed and developed two solutions for imports and air and sea shipping, based on the client's processes. Related tables, forms and documents connect sales and warehouses; shipment, waybill and piece details structure the logistics workflow. The shipping system is used by the client.

I developed interfaces and business logic for air cargo management. Queries by status, document and operation connect manifests, waybills, warehouse locations, incidents and invoicing, letting users move from lists and reports to the detail needed for customer service.

I designed and developed the shopping journey from catalog and product variants to cart, checkout and Stripe payments. Customer accounts and a restricted back office connect the shopping experience with order, content and product management.

I created my own SaaS connecting checkout, sales, inventory, cash management and reports. I design and develop both daily sales tasks and commercial administration, organized by company, point of sale, role and shift. Implemented in self-employed businesses and SMEs.

I am Alain Suarez Castaño, a full-stack developer. I have built business systems since 2019, working in logistics, field operations, workshops and retail.
Through Acad Business Solutions (AcadBS), I work directly with clients to understand their processes and build applications suited to their operations. My work ranges from defining workflows and screens to implementation with Django or Laravel. I also develop acadPOS, my own point-of-sale product.
I build interactive prototypes in HTML, CSS and JavaScript so the client can try navigation and behavior from the start. I incorporate their feedback and agree on table, form and button patterns before expanding the solution. I then implement the agreed workflows with Django or Laravel, supported by specification-driven development (SDD), language models and AI agents. I also integrate agents for custom reports.
I translate business needs into workflows, states and relationships between data.
I prototype navigation and behavior in code so the client can try the workflow from the start.
I incorporate feedback and agree on table, form and button patterns before expanding the solution.
I bring interfaces, permissions, documents and business rules together in a coherent system.
